  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team in Singapore. This role will report to the Managing Directors of the company . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including payroll , accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The Finance Manager will also provide financial analysis and advice to support business decision-making and growth.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the accounting and finance functions of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and board of directors
  • Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
  • Manage the company's cash flow and working capital, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities
  • Provide guidance and support to the finance team, including training and development
  • Manage the implementation of financial policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business risks and opportunities
  • Process monthly Payroll and CPF payments

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting,
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CA
